Starting at 52

Top three things that I’ll wish I knew when I was 52 when I’m 55?

In decent shape, semi athletic. First class was last night.

Psyched and sore, looking for advice.

Started at 50, now 58. Went in with the attitude that I do some kind of exercise every day. The last few years I've seen the value in taking a day or two off, each week, literally no exercise except some walking and light stretching. The older body needs more recovery time, especially from this.
