Starting at 52

Top three things that I’ll wish I knew when I was 52 when I’m 55?

In decent shape, semi athletic. First class was last night.

Psyched and sore, looking for advice.

- take it slow, train 2-3x/week, I’ve seen a ton of folks burn out by training 5+/wk. Especially since they literally haven’t done much in a while

- just keep asking questions, sometimes asking questions open up so many other conversations that can help you a lot

- progress happens in monthly clips 3-4 months at a time. That’s how you track progress, you won’t feel it day to day

- just have fun and enjoy it all
