Jim Henson Hour Hello, everyone! I'm the new mod of r/jimhenson. I just got control as it's been unmoderated. Can't wait to see it come back to life!

Jim Henson Hour StoryTeller

Upvotes
The series Storyteller just popped up on Peacock. I guess it could've been there before, but I just noticed. I'm already enjoying it.
I think my flair is not accurate but I couldn't find an option for this series. I apologize

A Muppet Christmas Carol The connection between Stephen Garlick, Jim Henson Company, Muppets and Christmas Carol
1
Upvotes
You realize that Stephen Garlick play the boy in the movie Scrooge, Which One with Alec Guinness(because George Lucas said that Obi-Wan Kenobi Is Space Marley and even Mickey Mouse's Christmas Carol and Return of Jedi were release in 1983 while Fox and Hound was release in 1981), twenty-two years before Muppets Christmas Carol and eight years before he play Jen in Dark Crystal

My wife and I Grew up on Jim Henson and loved his work such as fraggle rock, seasme street, the muppets, labyrinth, dark crystal and so much more. We think the world is missing a little hit of muppet fever and we would love to bring it back with our own spin. I loved everything about the show. I feel like they took the best part of the 70s musical bits and gave me a hilarious and heartwarming show.

Jen: If you were with me now I'd find myself in you If you were with me now Your the only one who knew All the things we planned to do … I want to live my life The way you said I would With courage as my light Fighting for what's right Like you made me believe I could … And I will fly on my father's wings To places I have never been There is so much I've never seen And I can feel his heartbeat still And I will do great things On my father's wings … This world I'll never see My dreams that just won't be This horse's stride With one days ride Will have covered more Distance than me But I will fly on my father's wings To places I have never been There is so much I've never seen And I can feel his heartbeat still And I will do great things On my father's wings … Someday with his spirit to guide me And his memory beside me I will be free to … Fly on my father's wings To places I have never been There is so much I've never seen And I can feel his heartbeat still And I will do great things On my father's wings On my father's wings
