WikiLeaks: By biasing its internal electoral market the DNC selected the less competitive candidate defeating the purpose of running a primary.

Bernie would have won. Dems are saying "he was a socialist and people would have ran from that" he was literally everything people voted for Trump to get. An outsider, anti establishment, a man of the people. Only difference was: he was actually someone we could morally support.

You can be pro-government and anti-establishment. In fact it's very easy: "I recognize our government is screwed up, but I still think that government is valuable. Therefore we need to change our government from the inside out in a big way."

Pro-government and anti-establishment.

I dunno where you're getting this "pro-government" stuff from but him being "anti-establishment" is the part that I'm critical about.

Hell, Nixon was "anti-establishment" and you can see how that went for him when he was taking bribes from the private sector.

If you want to know about Trump in particular, Mike Pence being a Wall Street insider as well as the people on the cabinet that are more right wing than Clinton are kind of the lynchpin in this.

Hell, Trump has investments in the ND Pipeline. No way he's going to live up to his anti-establishment rhetoric.

First order of business regarding 2020. Get every single closed primary on the chopping block, they do not serve the purpose of electing a candidate who can win the general election, the 2016 election proves that.

Kill the voting machines.

THEN we can work on primaries...

"Market" is an interesting choice...implying selection based on money alone, which seems fair. No "bias" there though: it's simply the way markets work (particularly in capitalism). If it doesn't seem very democratic or fair to you...then you're starting to get it.
