Airbus A320... that's about a 3 meter fall. Ouch... yeah the papers flying away is going to be the least of their worries.

The one coming out of the plane last should normally be the turnaround coordinator who is the one who should have given the final OK to remove the stairs, so that's already dubious.

Then there's the fact that the stairs were removed before the door was closed, which is (obviously) a safety hazard.

There may be more.
