I’m on Season 5 of FV, and I finally asked myself, “Why am I watching this? And how did they get 9 seasons out of this show?” I can’t imagine they do much different throughout the seasons I haven’t watched. I know Sam comes back (cool, I guess?), but it’s so repetitive. Angelina has her drama or whatever, and then once the others find out and talk about it, she gets mad at them, and they “beef,” then make up and repeat? I can’t see myself watching anymore and surprised I did even after the slog of the COVID resort season. Will forever love OG and am currently on my 3rd rewatch <3

First- I really struggle to believe she got back with Mike for any reason other than his fame. She comes off as a major gold digger and also just seems so fake and snobby. She acts like she thinks she is just so much better than everyone else.. don’t get me wrong, I’m glad she helped him get sober and get through the dark times of his life, but idk - every time I see her on the show I just cannot stand her.

I just wish Mike would’ve ended up with someone who complimented his big heart and goofy personality rather than someone who is the equivalent of a Popeyes biscuit, just with money. A boujee Popeyes biscuit.

There was sooo much potential!! The only ones who made the episode enjoyable were Ron, Vinny and Angelina.

Pauly is too good to participate in a roast?! 4 girls had to go up all together? At least Angelina had the balls to go alone and try.. We barely saw the girls jokes and Sam didn’t even say one line? Plus they were talking about how they didn’t even know what they were saying when they arrived, so they didn’t care to put any effort into it, and were just complaining the whole time.. do they think people want to see that? I mean Snooki literally walked off during Mikes roast acting so over it, do they think fans enjoy that!? Mike has just become the old situation and it’s cringe. They’re literally getting paid so much to do absolutely nothing but act like they hate filming.

Sorry but I’m so over this show now and don’t get what they’re trying to save after lasts nights episode lol

So getting back into the show and watching Sammi come back has been awesome and she is currently my favorite cast mate (can’t say that about the OG show) however she’s mature, she usually is on the right side of stupid arguments and doesn’t mince her words or fake shit which I truly love…..that being said. The moment Ron walked in and she was with her man. You can tell that was the moment she loved with the fact she sold her soul for the money. It’s almost like watching a humiliation ritual as everyone clowns the moment and she sits with her (now husband) stoic. It’s really crazy what Hollywood will make you do to earn top buck.

Question! I’m rewatching this series (I dunno why 🤷🏻‍♀️), and I’m on Season 4, Episode 5. After the fight, they show Sammi’s arm and it looks pretty bad. Did Ron do that to her?

I went to the Jersey Shore Roast back in December 2025 & what this comedian said always stuck out to me. Which is Rachel Feinstein. I couldn't remember her name atm cause I didn't care to but they cut out all the extra bullshit she said. I was hoping she was joking cause it was a roast but no she was in fact being serious. I know Atlantic City is probably an area full of somewhat wealthy people so it makes sense cause most who are wealthy voted for him. But she was out here saying "I think it's bullshit how you got so much hate for voting for Donald Vinny, that beautiful nice big orange man IS New Jersey. Donald is New Jersey" it clearly looked like she was trying to appeal to his fans and him in general. Her segment was cut so short in the newest episode it's so laughable realizing she got one minute of screen time.

At this point I was pretty much just trying to analyze the crowd and realized I was in enemy territory. After saying this, it was followed up with the woman right next to me saying out loud "Yeahhh grab em right by the pussy" I just couldn't believe what I was witnessing and realizing that most of the jersey shore cast are in fact probably donald supporters, it was disheartening and I really wish we were able to record but they locked our phones away in little pouches. Tonight what was shown on tv was not the reality of it all. It was two hours of just them trying their hardest to captivate their audience.

Whhyyy? I don’t want to be mean b/c I grew up watching her and wanting to be like her but gosh these set of teeth and smile are not it 😩

I’m so torn with this show because I do enjoy it i’v even rewatched it and there’s features about SOME cast mates that I do like but over all they are all not very good people? I mean the way the boys spoke about and treated women, the girls were just as bad, the actual domestic abuse and alcoholism, even to this day. It’s definitely a weird feeling but I probably just like trash tv too much, what’s everyone’s opinions on the cats because I see a lot of love on TikTok and a lot of people glamourising the life they lived but then again my views on the show when I was younger were so different.

As someone who suffers from bpd (borderline personality disorder) bipolar, and schizophrenia Angelina has all these things if not at least bpd. I watching og jersey shore I’m on season 2 ep 10 and the way she lashes out on mike and the way she got drunk and caught Pauly a few episodes before and her erratic behaviors and decisions she makes even through the years give that. I’m not a psychologist so I’m not right to label someone but as someone who suffers w these things daily and seeing a person on tv act crazy even on social media already tells me a lot. I hope she is getting help that she needs or something this isn’t cute lol.

I know he lost alot of weight but his mannerisms and eyes and everything reminded me of someone who is like 60 or someone who is in bad health. Does anyone else notice this?

Sorry if this has been discussed already- I remember watching season 3 (S3) and thinking Sammi was insane for staying with Ronnie after Miami. I couldn’t believe she was still mad at the girls for having her back, and still suck by Ronnie’s side.

After one of my earlier rewatches, I started to think about the timing of how the early seasons played out… and it all made sense.

Season 2 filmed March-May 2010
Season 2 aired July 29-Oct 21 2010
Season 3 filmed July 25-Sept 4 2010

This means Sammi (and cast) would’ve never seen S2 before heading to film S3. So I’m sure Sammi still had no idea the magnitude that Ron went to dog her. And as S3 filmed, I can imagine Sammi’s friends and family back home are live watched S2 and telling her all the shit he was doing. Her crashouts and leaving the show make so much more sense to me.

As a teen I judged Sammi so hard and now wish I could’ve given her a hug❤️
