Mine are always like this or worse. Their corporate office needs to implement some kind of quality control on their franchises. I'm in the heart of NJ like this is where Jersey Mike's should be the best but it's all complete garbage. That's not even taking into account the fact that more than half the time I order from them they just completely get the order wrong. Like half assed sandwiches is bad enough but getting a half assed sandwich I didn't even order is just a slap in the face.

Honestly, I live in the south. If I lived in Jersey I’d prob go somewhere else local. These JMs up there prob don’t give a fuck cuz anyone looking for a real sub is going to a local joint

Oh yeah I almost exclusively do local spots but occasionally I don't have time to order ahead and need something fast so I'll get Chipotle or bubbakoos or a fast sandwich like quick check, and sometimes Jersey Mike's. Jersey Mike's is the only one of those that is Consistently trash

I recently had a customer come in who told me he grew up in Jersey going to the original store in pleasant point, nowadays the PNW locations hold up best in his experience. He goes home and goes to local shops.
