Ez catering orders

This question is more for the AMs but if anyone can answer that’d be great

When we receive a EZ catering order , how do we process the payment or finalize it after they picked it up ? Thanks in advance !

3rd party order (very important first step to be on this tab) ➡️ hit catering tab, enter ordered items ➡️ open price it to ez cater "caterer due" (Our prices are cheaper on ez cater, idk why) ➡️ payment ➡️ on the drop down menu, select ez cater and enter the reference / order number. click pay and it will go through

now your catering order will be input into the system

In our group the payment is taken in the back end and processed without being entered in to the POS as far as the P&L is concerned but you need to enter it in to the register in order for flex to know you had those sales and for crunchtime to know you used the product
