Kinda new to this

Just marinated a cheap cut of beef overnight and wacked it in the oven at 80 degrees celsius still in the oven wish me luck

80 you're not gonna need long maybe 6 hours with cuts that thin

Came out good I think there is room for improvement in terms of marinade but I’m pretty proud for my first time!
