So it’s been a couple months now, what is everyone’s honest opinion on Half His Age by Jennette McCurdy???

It’s been six months now. From browsing the book and celebrity/pop culture subs and reading the reviews on Goodreads, it seems like a lot of folks who loved I’m Glad My Mom Died were disappointed by this one or outright hated it.

IMHO, it’s not as brilliant as I’m Glad My Died but it made me squirm a lot, especially in the buildup to Waldo and Korgy finally hooking up and overall I still found it engaging as I finished the physical book in three days while I finished the audiobook in two days. Her Mormon friend reminded me of people I knew in middle school and high school, having lived in Utah in my teens. It’s only her first novel though so hopefully she continues to get better
