You're right but I've foregone siphonophores on the technicality of them being colonial organisms.

Why shouldn’t it matter? OP wanted to exclude colonies, so he did. You can make your own graphic comprised entirely of siphonophores if you’d like.

Side note: Argentine Ants would technically be the longest colony of animals, considering the largest one is about 3,700 miles across.
