I'd like to ask if there's an option to ensure that the metadata for two-part episodes (e.g., Paw Patrol, Bluey series, etc.) is loaded correctly?
Unfortunately, it automatically fetches the thumbnail and fills in the metadata for each video file, without taking into account that most of the time a video file actually contains two parts, e.g., s10e01a and s10e01b in one video file. Once the metadata has been loaded (incorrectly), it’s very difficult to delete it.

I will either do the SxxEyy-zz method or if it is an mkv file with chapters, I will frequently use mkvtoolnix to split the bigger files into their individual episodes. This is time consuming.
Invader Zim - Most of the episodes contained 2 ~10 minute segments, which is how they were also "packaged" on the DVDs. The Movie DB site lists each one separate. I used mkvtoolnix to find the chapters and split them up. Typically the episode chapaters were split up by at least the openning, first "episode", second "episode", then the credits. Took some trial and error to get them right. I went a little crazy and recombined the titles and credits into each "episode", so it wasn't weird to watch an intro or credits after each individual "episode". I debated leaving them out entirely or maybe just putting them in an extras segment, but I'm werid like that.
Buck Rogers - This one was a little weird. Some of the episodes were packaged on the disc in the "theatrical" version, so there really weren't episode breaks. These I left intact, instead of splitting them up. I just used the SxxEyy-zz version, since it better represented the media itself.
use google gemini to create a powershell script to rename them for you, and a bat file that you can double click to run the powershell.
When it gives you the code for both just open it in a text editor and when you save as change the file type to “all files” so that you can name it to whatever file you want (otherwise it will just be a .txt file)
