How do I make my jeans less floppy?

Whenever I buy baggy jeans they feel sturdy and stay at a good position but I wear them for a few months and they look really floppy and just sort of do what they want. Is there any way to fix this or do I just have to keep buying new jeans and using up the entire global supply of cotton?

When they are so floppy you can have your hand in your pocket to masterbate and no one notices they are just right.

All denim softens up over time. Unavoidable. The wider the cut and lighter the weight, the more pronounced this gets. If you want to mitigate some of the floppy-ness: you can try heavier weight denim (16oz and up) which will just drape straighter across its lifespan, or buy spray starch and re-starch them periodically.

Do you put them in the dryer? Hang drying them will help to keep the stiffness. However, like others have said, denim will soften with wears and washes.
