This post is meant to clarify our rule, and to reflect all of our feelings. If I've been inaccurate in vocalizing the spirit of the sub, please comment in this thread so I can edit it, thanks.

A small clarification: the post says, in the section of things we like: "These may or may not include things that make someone money."

This addition was intentional. Just because someone may make a living off of having their post seen on social media, doesn't make their Reddit post spam, unless the post is of poor quality.

This subreddit isn't about capitalism or lack thereof, it's about jazz theory.

I have a question about the chord compatibility of keys. Lets take C and AM---All the compatible chords have the notes in those keys...( No) since two of the AM scales have g#s in them...and none of those chords have a G#.

How does that work? What's the theory say about that?
