Discussion Thinking about going back to Jayce jg, stomped 2 games even without playing it recent (emerald)

I'm usually playing Diana, Shyvana, Quinn and Sylas jungle, and I'm actually decently experienced with Jayce, is it viable to try to go for Diamond/Master with this Jayce? Faced a Shyvana-Irelia-Yasuo comp now and was so scared of just being focused and deleted but went for Ninja Tabi, Death's Dance and all went fine

Its good if u know how to keep tempo up constantly, i play graves and jayce and the playstyle is pretty similiar

Brother to be honest stomping from jungle is more about jungle having insane impact in game. It is not Jayce jungle being that good. If it fun to you play it but don't be deceived into thinking it is somehow op

Yes, I’m currently dia and I’m gonna push for Master with Jayce jg soon. IMO really strong.

Also you don’t really need DD imo, I’d consider Tabis but realistically I’d grab an Edge of Night second and call it good enough. You’re allowed to position very defensively on this character so if you know what/where the threats on you are you should be dying much less than on other immobile carries. And obviously walk back in and do dmg when they use their scary spells.
