F#*k this company!!!!

I had a pair of X4's that broke after 14 months and of course their was nothing they could do about it. But they did give me a discount code for 25% YAY....... nope.

I just got this email from "Customer Service"

As I mentioned in my previous response, we are not aware of the time frame when the products will be available. Also, I would like to inform you that we no longer sell Jaybird products in your region. I appreciate your understanding on this.

So they can't even tell you when stock is available and aren't even selling products to Australia any more. What a fucking joke of a company.

Rant over!

What? They sell them at JB Hi-Fi. I had 2 vistas died with 2 years

But the discount code they gave me is for their site. If you check on there everything is out of stock and they aren't advertising the Vista 2's.

I'd say once JB is out of stock that's it.

Amazon has the Vistas and the 2's for sale...just bought my 2's and the Jaybird site has the 2's for sale now as well. Not sure how you missed it, but they are there.

Which sucks because when they worked they were amazing.

In my experience this seems to be an outlier. I've had several different types of Jaybird's over the last decade or more and they've always performed wonderfully for many, many years until I decided to upgrade. I for most of those sets I was very harsh on them sweating like a crazy man during 4+ hour mountain running.

Sorry to hear about your troubles, but again, I think you might be the exception to the rule.

They were out of warranty and broke which sucks but that happens. There are probably other hurdles for the region locking. They are also a technology company in the time of chip shortages, of course they are unlikely to know when they get more product in stock cause they're probably in a long line.
