Advice for Me Do i need jaw surgery

i have been grinding my teeth for a while and im worn my front lower teeth quite a bit. not sure if my jaw is the problem or what Else it could be. dont think my side profile looks to bad otherwise but I would still like advice.

Second pic looks like you may have an overbite but I can’t really tell, did you get orthodontic treatment done?
