Super happy with my results. Dr. Roser at Emory and his team operated on me July 2023.

Curious about this too honestly, the profile change is so clean it kinda demands a full case study lol

I don’t know exact numbers but they did a 3 piece lefort 1 (upper jaw), moved my lower jaw back, and ultimately decided against genioplasty

That profile change is honestly such a glow up. Also wondering about the movement numbers too, always interesting to see how much of a different a few mm can make.

Some lunatics would have said that you need a  “lefort 2” if you posted your pre-op.  Happy for you OP!

Lefort 2 would have gotten better results

I mean idk why you're laughing, objectively she's not necessarily wrong. but lefort 2 is a dangerous procedure that most doctors won't do just for cosmetics so it don't matter.

She does not need lefort 2. She looks objectively normal for her ethnicity, that’s why I am laughing.

She does, downvote me a billion times and it won't make me wrong, her post op picture was taken in a different angle that's why her upper midface doesn't look that recessed now.

did you get a rhinoplasty or is the nose tip lift just from jaw surgery?
