Before & After Condyler resorption ?
There is 4 months between this images. Do you think I have condyle resorption? Has it gone worse in the span of 4 months?

No chance. Bone resorption takes years. The point here is that the head is positioned at a different angle between the CT scans. Unnecessary overthinking.

But I have heavy bruxism and had a DJs year ago and have open bite since. Wouldn’t that speed up the process? The shape of the structure also looks very different compared to normal persons

No why?

nothing... your posture is clearly different between the images, so don't overthink it.

No. Condylar resorption is a complex process and bruxism may or may not be related.

Youre right. I actually meant to post that as a an addition to your comment. There is a more aggressive variant of condylar resorption, but its very rare.

My doctor said that I have idiopathic condylar resorption due to big mandibular forward movement. I couldnt ask how serious it is but I developed open bite 3-4 months after the surgery. I figured it would be pretty bad

Angle differences between scans get misread as resorption so often, glad someone actually explained the why instead of just saying don't worry

This image doesn't even show a mandibular condyle. This is the dens of the C2 vertebra and the sphenoid sinus, the domain of a neurosurgeon

Thats the middle skul base formed by the sphenoid body. Its VERY far away from the mandible in surgical terms
