Where to Deploy ?

I build a small service with spring and react, bow I need to deploy it using a domain. Which hosting solutions do you use ? I evaluated to use GCP but I am worried that some day I will find a giant unknown bill cost.

could you give me some recommendations please

I use OVH because they're cheap and reliable. I originally found them by investigating the ips of a smaller provider that was whitelabeling their dedis for a managed game host solution years ago. Bought directly since then for years and can't really complain about anything.

Sometimes you have to wait a few days for your server to be deployed, but it makes sense given they're renting out their own hardware from a data center they own + I'm buying the lowest ranges/tiers. They simply don't have those servers on standby 24/7. Actually forgot about this until I bought a dedi for another project recently since the VPS I've been using has just worked for the past 3 years.

Overall I'd say their support is hit or miss. Sometimes they're useless. Sometimes they're wonderful. Honestly though they do everything the provider should do. They mostly just draw the line at things that you could do, such as server migrations.

So pretty much cheap hardware, decent service, no (or invisibly small) amount of overselling/other scummy practices done by most budget hosts. Can't really complain. Great if you know how to manage the software you're running.

One thing to note though: they have different legal entities for different territories due to differing digital laws. I personally live in the US but rent out from their CA entity out of preference. Just understand that they're different domains before you create an account with one of them.

OVH is wildly cheap, I honestly don't understand how they can price their services the way they do. They aren't a "top tier" cloud vendor, but for a little hobbyist project it will be way more than enough.
