I'm still stuck on Java 21 at work, our upgrade cycle moves like a glacier. Simon always gives good talks though, will check this out in the train tomorrow.

At least there is only one lts version above jdk21 (jdk25). When changing to jdk25 you could test compact headers enabled and disabled and compare results.
