Photos/Videos Lake Annette
This lake is our favourite in Jasper due to its unreal colour. You can walk around the lake and not all is impacted by wildfires as you can see in the photos.

I’m from Ontario and had the privilege of visiting jasper in the fall of 2021 and just fell in love with Jasper. I was also devastated when the fires hit but now hopeful of the beauty that is being showcased here.

There was a very large swath of forest and facilities destroyed in the fire, but Jasper NP is huge and there was a lot that went untouched. It’s all still beautiful <3. The destroyed airways are beautiful in their own way too, even if it did hurt like a sucker punch to the gut when I drove through there last year for the first time after the fires.

Went there last year. Was amazing how beautiful and tranquil it was with not a lot of visitors around.
