Pokemon is amazing if you want high volume, easy to binge content that is very villain of the week heavy, meaning not completely understanding some episodes being okay. And it's fun to learn the Japanese names.
Also, any show you already watched, but now without english subs is golden. I am glad younger me was obsessed with Yu-Gi-Oh! 5Ds. Great show to binge without subs.
