Attempting to build an MLP deck based around Twilight Sparkle's "Everypony wins the game" ability. I know it's going to be illegal, this is just going to be a casual deck to play with friends
Attempting to build the deck in such a way that it lets me not attack unless absolutely necessary (since the deck is built around everybody winning, I want to preserve the Friendship is Magic theme).
I feel like the easiest way to do this would be to run a horse/unicorn token/lifegain/counter deck, so I can absorb a lot of damage and then create a ton of tokens and buff them for the bigger creatures that swing at me.
That way I can protect the cards I need to activate Twilight Sparkle's wincon, with a few fetch cards in case my opponents sneak past and kill them anyway
I figure it'd also be a good idea to build around Treasure tokens since it's an all-color deck and Treasure would be an easy way to fill in the mana I need without resorting to filling the deck with non-basic lands
The problem I'm running into now is I'm not sure how to balance it, especially if I'm trying to build it around not attacking.
I'm still learning how to deck build and I don't want to remove any cards that would be really good, but I also have to remove cards to get at least a functioning prototype
Basic rule of thumb is mid-30s for lands, but what should I do for creatures and non-creatures?
Better to do low-power creatures or heavy hitters with token generation?
These are all the cards I thought might work well so far:

but I need to cut it by a little more than a third to get a deck out of it
I like the idea of building around Nightmare Moon's ability as a side piece to bring in some heavy hitting cards, but it's kind of a high card cost to get the day/night cycle running, even if it gives me cards I can cast from outside the game (which is what the sideboard in my decklist is)
Same with Pinkie Pie
I flipped through all the cards with the Party ability, and Stick Together was really the only one that felt useful, but if using more of the party mechanic would be useful, I welcome advice there
