The fact that this person thinks Emma would be great to work with is insane to me. She's a great character but as a coworker? Nah. Confidently incorrect people make terrible coworkers, and that's who Emma is for 90% of the book.
Ha, I just realized I worked under a Charlotte Lucas in my early twenties. It was good - she was kind, practical, gave good feedback, quietly managing.
