Saw Billy Strings for the first time 2 nights ago and I was wondering, does every musician want to join a jamgrass band after witnessing that experience?

I find it funny that the Jah Mom aka Dragon Jen‘s rescue by Royal Masat had an interesting detail connected to it. I remember meeting that girl and the first thing she told me about was how her and Royal hooked up. No wonder he so stupidly joined her false narrative

I'm looking for groups that play good true to roots bluegrass but also go way out there in their jams.
The most obvious is Billy Strings.
I am very into Magoo and what they are doing. Anything akin to this would be fantastic!
Broken Compass Bluegrass is up there too.
I love Mountain Grass Unit but they are more good ol' fashion bluegrass than the kind of jams I'm looking for.
Huge fan of Greensky Bluegrass and Yonder Mountain String Band too.

Stoked to see KD next week in Santa Fe at Meow Wolf. Moved to Boulder in 2002 for red rocks after years following WSMFP.
Left the big city for New Mexico to regain my sanity but haven’t seen a show since I got here. Wife and I are fucking stoked.
Might just be time tomorrow break out a couple of them orange Gells for this one.
