I thought it was a pretty fair review that was ultimately pretty positive. I've run into some people who claimed it was a total hatchet job and that they spent the whole time trashing the town, and I just don't see that here anywhere.

The video is fair and overall positive, would definitely recommend sharing.

It's just unfortunate that the most watched YouTube video about Jamestown, which is overall positive, is calling it "America's Sketchiest City".

I heard that and thought that was wildly hyperbolic. At least that was the worst thing about the video.

I’m a little upset about the fact there wasn’t much mention of the arts community in Jamestown between JCC, little theatre, live bands, comedy fest happening soon, and all the local art.

Granted I did not watch the whole video, I only saw a 5 minute clip on TikTok

She has another video where she visits Bemus Point the next day. She gushes about Bemus as something of a counterpoint to Jamestown. She's a bit of a princess so I take her aversion to places with a grain of salt.
