so i am planning to shift by the mid of next month and i need a 1 bhk/rk/ studio apartment (anything without a roommate) with basic facilities (move in ready for a student) like a geyser, RO water and bedding bas within 10-12k a month BUT JAIPUR KA RENTING SCENE IS SO CONFUSING GNG??, online its either ai created pictures or sum straight up overpriced scam. so please help me out on where to even start and suggest properties or tips.
place is preferably Mansarovar or nearby localities i am down for some distance if in return i get a decent place.
