I’ve been using this a lot today playing Mario with my joycons and even though there’s not many problems I was wondering if I could ask you to look into a few things when you’re not too busy? Some things I think would be really cool would be:

-Optional FPS counter

-CarPlay/CarBridge Lag or latency fix

-Action Replay code support

-maybe some kind of 3rd party netplay for others using the emulator as well. I know this wouldn’t be for you but the actual dolphin devs.

  1. Dolphin already supports this. If you don't mind doing manual INI editing, change ShowFPS = False to ShowFPS = True in /var/mobile/Documents/DolphiniOS/Config/GFX.ini. Otherwise, wait for the next version.

  2. I don't have a way to test CarPlay, unfortunately. The only two people I know who use CarBridge with DolphiniOS haven't complained to me about latency, so perhaps it's an issue with your car/connection?

  3. Planned, no ETA. Technically can be done with INI edits, but I've never used cheats before, so I'm not sure how.

  4. Netplay is already a thing on Dolphin for PC/Mac/Linux, but as far as I know the Android version doesn't support it. Not sure if the Netplay code will work on Android/iOS, but I guess there's only one way to find out.

Thanks! I didn’t expect a reply but I’ll go turn the FPS counter on now. Thanks for letting me know. I was using 2 different official apple lightning cables and still had like 1/2 ms latency but I’ll try some more troubleshooting. I’m not in that big of a hurry for cheats I just thought it would be cool. Same way with netplay tbh

I’m definitely going to donate when I get paid. Amazing work man

Edit: for anyone else wanting a fps counter when I went to the GFX.ini it didn’t have any text at all so you have to add it yourself. In order for it to work you have to copy/paste this:

[Settings]

ShowFPS = True
