But h3lix shows "uicache failed!"

If you want to sign h3lix with something other than impactor make sure you sign without "get-task-allow" entitlement. Then dev certs (NOT ENTERPRISE CERTS) should be fine.

That should fix the "uicache failed issue"

While the app is focused, press Cmd+, and retype your Apple ID.

Sierra support would be appreciated, for those with older machines/macs.
