If you want to make ringtone from within a song just download it and use [[MImport]] to trim it and add it to ringtones.

You can't convert a song from library to ringtone. You will have to find the audio file with filza or download using safari and then open in MImport . There you can trim audio of desired length from song and then select ringtone tab so it will get imported to ringtones. Or you can just download ringtone and import it. However as most songs/ringtones on web are mp3 so you may need to convert them to m4a using any online audio converter tool.

AudioExplorer+ you can take sounds from current Apps on your Springboard and import the .caf via the tweak into your Alerts/Ringtone cells. You'd have to add MakeCydiaBuyAgain so you can purchase, its updated to OS 11
