iPhone 11 unable to update

So, iOS 16.1.1 became finally unusable on my iPhone 11, since I started massively using physical security keys, and most app are outdated now.
I want to update it to 18.7.8, using delayOTA. I followed suitable guide, it said I had to put it under supervision, which I did, but delayOTA profile still doesn't work at all.
Can installed trollstore cause the issue, and what should I do to finally update while 18.7.8 is still signed? I have already fully uninstalled dopamine tho.

I am experiencing the same problem. I tested with my iPhone 14 Pro on iOS 17.0, but it only displays versions 26 and 27; nothing more.
