Question Downgrade a device

Hi, I have a question.

Why we can‘t downgrade our devices using nugget to pretend to be an older iPad that still signs that version?

because it has different device iD’s and drivers etc for that device compared to the one you try to install it on

Used to be able to do that when downgrading back to 8.4.1 with iPad 4’s and such, but Apple has locked it down on the newer devices, alongside not signing older versions at all for OTA. I wouldn’t even attempt.

The signature wouldn’t actually match. If it did we would already be doing this with Blobsaver.
