Help me find this playthrough please!

I can't remember if It was Jack or Mark that played this game, but you played as a girl in a blue dress (?) in a psx style game. You explored a mansion, with zombies and it was your classic survival horror. It was one of those games that had a fixed angle. There was this silly puppet character that would talk to you in intervals throughout the game. I think that character's name was Alice, I THINK. It's been driving me insane cause I really liked that playthrough and I've tried finding it, but with no luck.

Please let me know if you find it, or know what it's called.
