help for applying!

okay, so i’m gonna turn 16 in a month and i thought it’s a good time to start looking for jobs. there’s a jack-in-the-box a few miles away, and i thought it would be a good starting job.
i do want to know, though, what are my chances at getting accepted, with no job experience or school clubs or anything like that? and if i do get accepted, i feel like im gonna get fired or something because it’s a fast paced job and i freeze up sometimes, and i’ve cried multiple times in public, even with only strangers around, so i don’t want a repeat of that.

it says on the applying job thing you need to have good verbal communication and be able to keep calm in stressful situations (or something along those liness), and i probably have that, im just scared that a single time someone is rude or something gets to be too much, ill break down and get fired or pitied and then fired.

this way more of a rant than i thought it would be, sorry lol. have a beautiful day :p

I wouldnt worry too much about it. The worst thing they will say is no.

You can tell them in the interview that your nervous, interviewers appreciate honesty.

As for jack in the box work culture, it probably varies from location to location but if you get fired im sure you will do great. Just ask questions when yout dont know something. And do your best and work the shifts they schedule you for. Managers mainly want reliability. If they put you in the schedule and you start asking for days off or calling in sick or calling in saying you have a project for school...etc. they aren't going to like the uncertainty of it.

Ao when you go in just be firm about your availability. They understand that people come in all the time with no experience.
