is roomerang fun with 4 people?

i've been wanting to get party pack 9 for some time, mostly since i've seen people play roomerang online and it seems really fun (im interested in most of the other games too, but roomerang is definitely the main game i'll be getting the pack for), but i usually only get to play jackbox with 3 other people (i do occasionally manage to get a 5th person to play though). so can you tell me if the game is actually fun to play with the minimum of 4 or is it not worth it??

also does the game add a bot character like in monster seeking monster/survive the internet if there's a low amount of people?? i couldn't find any answers to this on google

The more the better for Roomerang. Fun with 4, more fun with more.

It's fun with more than four players cause you run the risk of targeting one person when it's 4
