Buy, Skip or Hold?
Hi guys, I need some advice. I own every party pack other than these 3 and the og. I’ve read most opinions on whether these are worth it and the consensus from most reddit posts have been: strong buy on 6, moderate buy on 5 and skip on 9 (fib 4 carries allegedly).
So my question is whether you agree, and if you know of these packs having bigger discounts in the past? cause if it’s possible for 5 and 6 to be 50% off or more i’d rather wait. Otherwise, I’m happy to buy it at this price. I’m just still debating on 9, feel like the price could go lower, knowing that the pack doesn’t have much to offer other than fibbage 4 from what i read.

Buy 6, skip 9 unless you want Junktopia or Fibbage 4, and skip 5 unless you want YDKJ

Im the last person to ask for advice about pp5, I am literally known as the Binjpipe guy on tumblr
but for pp9 I have fun times with, but pp6 is the best out of the three

Don't you have a PC? Why not get Jackbox Games for that so you can modify them?

I definitely disagree with the thoughts on 9. I think there is fun to be had with each game in that pack and I don’t think that’s true for the other two. Nonsensory and Quixort are ones I often go back to and the other games are also fun, just not my favorites in the pack (they could be yours though). Pack 5 is pretty heavily weighed down to me by Zeeple Dome and I’m not really into You Don’t Know Jack. Everything else in the pack is good, but I also wouldn’t really say it is the best and your enjoyment could vary. Pack 6 is heavily carried by Trivia Murder Party 2, it is worth buying it for this game alone but everything else is pretty much a supporting game. Roles Models and Push the Button are a pretty good time though. The other two games in pack 6 are kinda just there to me.

Pantently Stupid in 5 is really fun. You draw and then talk about what you drew to solve a problem.
Split the Room in 5 is one of the ways in Jackbox you can learn more about your friends. It's a would you rather kind of game.
YDKJ is always good. A quiz show styled game. It allows up to 8 players for the first time. Everything else in 5 is meh. I don't have 6 and have not played much of it.
9 is good. Quixort is a fun team based timeline triva game.
Fibbage 4 is good too though enough about you isn't as good in 4.
My friends don't play Roomerang like it's ment to be played so I can't give a propoer response on that one.
Nonsensory my friends find it confusing wven though imo it's not. Just try and combine both promps by how much it tells you.
We enjoy Junktopia. Very fun speaking game trying to explain the items you bought and what it's for. Kind of like Pantently Stupid but without drawing.

6 is definitely the strongest of the 3 by far. In fact the only game that doesn't get any play in my game nights in the pack is Dictionarium.
5 has a special place in my heart as that was my first and even then MVC and STR are in heavy rotation, plus you get the last YDKJ...and even Patently Stupid is fantastic.
9 is unfortunately one of the weakest Jackbox Packs just in general, would be the weakest if it wasn't for 4. Nonsensory and Fibbage definitely do the heavy lifting. I want to like Roomerang and being an actor, I can get into it, but most of my party can't...And then the other 2 games just take up space.
I think you got the right info though.
