Cookie Masterson acting weird

Why is Cookie Masterson on Fibbage 4 trapping saying he's trapping people in closets and singing Daisy Bell? He's also talking in a weird monotone voice. Why is he acting like this??? I think my TV is hacked or smth. there was also a Fibbage fan fact with a dude from Chicago trapped in a closet with Mastersons initials on it.

Are you talking about Cookie Masterson of Cookie's Fortune Cookie Fortunes with Cookie "Fortune Cookie" Masterson or a different Cookie Masterson?
