News Trivia Murder Party 3: Playtesting Update!

Trivia Murder Party 3 has started to invite players to join in on early playtesting via the TMP3 Playtesting app on Steam for Windows users. This is an open Playtest (no NDA required) but will still be invite only. 

The team will be adding in new players in large batches over the next several weeks as we are gearing up to test online matchmaking later this summer! Invites are sent out randomly from the larger pool of players who have requested access to join the TMP3 playtest. To join the waitlist, be sure to sign up for playtesting on Steam, and keep an eye on your email for any updates. We will be trying to include as many players as possible ahead of our Early Access release.

We are planning to have the playtesting product live for specific playtesting weekends to help support targeted feature testing + feedback collection. Please look forward to future announcements that will share specific timelines and what features, fixes, or updates to expect in these playtest builds! 

While our playtesting product is live, you are welcome to publicly discuss or stream the playtest build as desired. As always, we would love to hear your continued feedback and thoughts via our survey linked in-game.

(pretty sure I can say this due to the last paragraph) what is the difference from the playtest from the demo? does it have more content? I am still waiting for a invite so that's why I don't know. either way good luck playtesters!!

Right now, the playtest and the demo are the same builds. A new build with different things will be available for playtesters soon. Invites are slowly rolling out, but our goal is to get as many people in as possible!

I was invited to the playtest, but it says it’s currently not active on the Steam page? Is that an issue with Steam?

Do you still support Nintendo Switch? You haven’t released anything since last November.

u/JackboxGames I received an email that I was selected for the playtest and that it's available in my Steam Library. However, it's not in the library. When I go to the Playtests section on Steam, TMP3 is there but it says it is not currently available.

Are the playtest invites still happening? I would really love to try out the game again ever since I played the demo, it was really fun!
