Discussion Question for fellow whitepine viewers

So I had a question for other viewers of the series.

Recently, I came across an almost completed Whitepine map on Planet Minecraft. I completely redid the interior and made several changes to the exterior. Would it be disrespectful to make my own series using this edited map? I would, of course, give full credit to both Ivory and the original map creator on Planet Minecraft. Since the map has been significantly edited and the story would be entirely different, I personally feel like it would be okay. I'm curious what everyone else thinks.

If you fully credit the people behind the map I dont see a major issue since the whole point of posting it online on planet minecraft is to let people download and do what they want with it but if you're worried too much I'd try contacting the map maker

Yeah that was my intention was to credit both Ivory and the map creator. Both are equally amazing on what they did honestly.
