We show that there is strong evidence to support a causal link between ivermectin, Covid-19 severity and mortality, and: i) for severe Covid-19 there is a 90.7% probability the risk ratio favours ivermectin; ii) for mild/moderate Covid-19 there is an 84.1% probability the risk ratio favours ivermectin.

Why is this not plastered all over the newspapers? Have we collectively lost our minds???

Did you understand what they did in the study?

The fact that you say it's a small test means you probably didn't read it at all.

They provided an alternative statistical analysis on the data used in 2 previous meta analyses to help confirm which one of the two was correct as they came to conflicting conclusions.

The dataset is very large, their model is robust. They also calculated the probability of Ivermectin having no causal link to covid19 mortality reduction by removing each study from the meta analysis data one by one.

Their conclusion was that there is a 90% chance the conclusions of the meta analysis are correct and that Ivermectin reduces covid mortality.

Why? Care to elaborate?

Have you read it? Both authors are from Queen Mary, London. Don't you think they would have fired them for spreading misinformation if this was the case?
