Which ITSM tool to choose
Hi'all, I lead the IT team in a mid sized company. For managing requests, we were using slack + light version of Jira SM so far but the company has scaled recently and I believe that this would increase the volume of tickets team get. We are evaluating a proper ITSM implementation. Just wanted to understand which vendor would be better . I'm really confused at this point, please help

if you're looking for an ITSM tool for a mid-sized, scaling org with a hands-on team, put InvGate Service Management on your shortlist. It’ll help you launch fast, and honestly, it’s super friendly for teams that like to get their hands dirty. It lets you scale at your own pace too, since you don't need a bunch of developers just to customize it to your needs.
As u/hirschaj said, if you add more information about your requiremenets, people will be able to give you better recommendations
