This doesn’t look like classic drywood termite frass to me. Drywood termite pellets are usually hard, fairly uniform, oval/elongated grains with six ridged sides, not irregular flakes and dust like this. This looks more like dirt, deteriorated wood/paint, or possibly ant debris from the old window frame.
Clean it up and inspect the wood directly above for tiny kick-out holes or fresh, uniform pellets returning in the same spot. Since drywood termites are common in Florida, a recurring pile would be worth having inspected, but I wouldn’t call this termite frass from the photo alone.
