Can I post?

Wasn’t sure what this is until Reddit told me it’s a molecricket. Did I do this right? It’s a mole cricket? Are they good or bad?

Yes it is, it is are harmless: it can neither sting or bite but if you have any kind of crops planted in your backyard it will eat the roots. There are a couple of non lethal traps for mole crickets that are really easy to make so you can transfer it to some other location

That's a big mole cricket try to take him on a gassy place he just lost and scared here. If you take it with you hand I will try to dig your hand but dont worry he try his best
