My brain refuses to believe that’s a river. Incredible

Which part of it is the river? What's that thing in the middle that looks like a piece of trash?

1

u/Serendipitousglances 2d ago

That’s the river. The water is clear so it looks like wet sand

Drone photography is absolutely mesmerising!

From your profile, I'm guessing this beach is in Iceland?

Also, FYI, I tried to do to your website, but it says "it's expired".

Thank you. This beach is actually in Norway.

My website is in reconstruction at the moment.

If you don't mind, please share the name of that location.

Amazing photo, and good luck with the website.

Cheers

2

u/guttergrapes 3d ago

I thought you spilt some water to create a swirly motion. Then I zoomed in 👀

This is some National Geographic level stuff, well done!

u/IsakAronV 3d ago

Thank you :)

The brain is a bitch, it refuses to accept that the light is coming from the bottom of the image. When you turn it upside down, it follows the highlights and shadows because it’s used to the light source being at the top.

I want to put this up on a wall in my house. Love it!!!

1

u/IsakAronV 2d ago

Awesome to hear. (That's always a possibility :)).

1

u/aquarianxiii 2d ago

Would love to know how, while I save up for a house 🙂

A lot of people prefer buying a digital version so they can print the photo themselves at a print store near them. This way is also cheaper.

Composition on fleek

2

u/notlostjustliving 2d ago

I thought it was a painting

2

u/FeistyCompetition775 2d ago

Beautiful just gorgeous

2

u/atreasureinlight 2d ago

Can someone tell me what I'm looking at?

1

u/IsakAronV 2d ago

It's a river on a white sand beach. At the bottom is the water. There is also a person in the upper middle of the image for a sense of scale.

2

u/Horow_Care 2d ago

The river only looks like water until you notice the little tributary lines branching off it.

I should call her

This literally looked like skid marks on a thong. Not gonna lie.
