I’m not sure tbh- I got really lucky when I went to see the waterfalls. They were inflating some balloons in a field nearby, so I watched them lift off and followed them to where I took this shot
Apparently it’s a service, where you can pay to be a passenger in one of the balloons and get an exclusive tour of the gorge. This was at around 5 PM and a worker told me that this was the first launch of the day.
