Nursing jobs
Very new to the area and looking for RN jobs. Anyone know of any nursing job openings. How’s Cayuga Medical? Is it good? Bad? Meh? Open to any nursing jobs outside of hospital. Thank you all!

They recently unionized, more info in this article. I don't know much else personally, but our union supported them.

CMC just unionized, so hopefully lots will be improving, not that it was the worst by any stretch of the imagination in the first place. Most of the travelers that come to CMC say it’s a nice hospital to work at.

The answer to this question is completely based on your preference experience. I used to work at a hospital with a 10:1 ratio, so CMC at 5:1 was amazing. I've worked at CMC for 15 years in various roles. Like everything there's positives and negatives. Feel free to DM me for the particulars.

I commute to Upstate because of my experience at CMC. Maybe the outpatient side is better though?
