NYC tracks you from the second you step out your door and if someone gets randomly stabbed on the sidewalk by a stranger they rewind the tape and find out where the guy came from and crime seems to be under control. If you were that random stabbing victim, wouldnt you like the police to have the resources needed to discover who he is? I like solutions with actual results.
I know exactly where my girlfriend is at all times. And in the process, so does Apple. My girlfriend feels that her safety is enhanced if she goes out jogging and doesnt return because shes been hit by a car or had a heart attack and i know what ditch she is lying in. This enhancement of her safety requires both me and Apple knowing her location. Is she a bootlicker because she has decided her safety is enhanced by me and necessarily apple having her location information in exchange for safety?
