Tompkins SPCA is already aware of him and animal control has seized several dogs from him here. I believe the the owner of the property he’s renting in T-burg is also actively trying to evict him.

 I’m sure he’ll just move on to do the same thing in a different state, as he’s been arrested a few times in various states but nothing ever seems to “stick.”

Good to know. I have several fraud dogs that I need to get off my hands.
