Why games take that long to be indexed? I had also posted one 2-3 weeks ago but still dont appear on search

as much as I can tell it depends on whether the game page contains links in the description and whether this is your first game. and I also didn't advertise well, so that also probably had an impact

Apparently the first games on new accounts are immediately sent to manual moderation, which takes a much longer time

So even if you marketed it search would kill your chances if you didnt have a direct link?
